We prepare a detailed audit of current health plan(s) with options and recommendations designed to meet budget and business objectives. This may involve a comprehensive market search or employee surveys, which we will manage from start to finish.

Plan Renewals and Reporting

We negotiate with carriers to present the most affordable renewal possible. Our renewal presentations are packed with information, including benchmarking, financial projections, financial reports, experience and utilization reports, historical reporting, and contribution modeling.

Plan Compliance/ERISA Direction

DMA has developed proprietary tools that are available to our clients as part of our services that involve compliance and HIPAA compliance. For outside counsel, we retain Leonard, Street and Deinhard PA, Minneapolis, MN as an ERISA and employee benefit law attorney for our own use. In addition, we offer our clients the services of Seaton, Peters & Revnew PA, in Edina, MN.

Pharmacy Benefits: We maintain good relationships with many local and national PBMs and are very familiar with contracts and tactics to manage pharmacy benefits costs.
