Plan Compliance/ERISA Direction
We have developed proprietary tools that are available to our clients as part of our services that involve compliance and HIPAA compliance. For outside counsel, we retain Leonard, Street and Deinhard PA, Minneapolis, MN as an ERISA and employee benefit law attorney for our own use. In addition, we offer our clients the services of Seaton, Peters & Revnew PA, in Edina, MN.
HSAs and HRAs: We are a pioneer in the consumer-directed health plan (CDHP) market and can offer you the expertise implementing these types of plans.
Pharmacy Benefits: We maintain good relationships with many local and national PBMs and are very familiar with contracts and tactics to manage pharmacy benefits costs.
