Our clients are served by an account executive as the point person who assumes overall responsibility for the maintenance of the account, backed by an account manager and supported by a team of experts and resources that can be accessed directly and marshaled into action. These roles include HR, communications, technical, compliance, retirement plans, etc. Specifically, your account executive will provide:

Benefit Plan Design

  • Determine goals, objectives and strategic options
  • Evaluate and audit current benefit plans
  • Review important issues and problems
  • Survey employees and prepare analysis
  • Determine plan options
  • Prepare and distribute Request for Proposals (RFPs) for products and/or services
  • Present and assist with RFP results, recommendations and conclusions

Benefit Plan Implementation

  • Provide employee communications including group meetings, memos, newsletters, bulletins, New Hire materials, SPD development, educational seminars and presentations
  • Assist with online enrollment options
  • Online web portals for employees and HR
  • Resolve disruption and transition issues
  • Manage forms and other documents
  • Offer customized enrollment options
  • Provide document analysis and archiving
  • Provide COBRA and Section 125 tool kits

Benefit Plan Service

  • Resolve claim, billing and enrollment issues and questions
  • Provide regular claim analysis/financial projection reports
  • Provide monthly e-newsletters and timely updates
  • Manage carrier relationships
  • Prepare and negotiate renewals
  • Assist with plan compliance including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, WFTRA, Affirmative Action, FMLA, 5500s, SPDs, SARs, information privacy, legislative updates
  • Provide HR HelpLine and assistance
  • Provide free educational seminars and webinars on current topics
