Plan Design Designing your benefit program means we:
- Determine goals, objectives and strategic options.
- Evaluate and audit current benefit plans.
- Review important issues and problems.
- Survey employees if desired. Prepare detailed results analysis with national comparative data.
- Determine plan options within current parameters and benchmarking.
- Prepare and distribute product/service Request for Proposal if needed.
- Present and assist with RFP results, recommendations and conclusions.
Plan Implementation Implementing your benefit program means we:
