David Martin Launches the ACA Pay or Play Analyzer Tool: The ACA Pay or Play Analyzer Tool is a strategic tool to aid in preparation of the changes that will take place in 2014 when the employer mandate from healthcare reform takes effect. The ACA Pay or Play Analyzer can provide a detailed comparison of what the cost could be if a company decides to (or not to) provide benefits. It also projects the costs both to you AND your employees (looking at realistic projections) if your company elects to compensate employees for purchasing from state exchange.
