Plan Design
Designing your benefit program means we:

• Determine goals, objectives and strategic options.
• Evaluate and audit current benefit plans.
• Review important issues and problems.
• Survey employees if desired. Prepare detailed results analysis with national comparative data.
• Determine plan options within current parameters and benchmarking.
• Prepare and distribute product/service Request for Proposal if needed.
• Present and assist with RFP results, recommendations and conclusions.

• Assist with all plan compliance including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, WFTRA, Affirmative Action, FMLA, 5500s, SPDs, SARs, information privacy, legislative updates.
• Provide regular claim analysis/financial projection reports (for self-insured plans).
